Current Opt-In Method
The website form above is the only opt-in method currently documented for this program. PayBail does not currently claim keyword, verbal, paper, QR-code, account-portal, or existing-customer opt-in. If another method is added later, the website, consent record process, registration description, and messaging-provider configuration must be updated together before that method is used.
